EPCOT VIP Lounges - GE Executive Club at Horizons

Features: A Twelve Foot TV and remote control cameras that gave a view of the park.

"Back when I had a contract with GEISCO, it was enough pull to get me into the VIP lounge for Horizons. Other than the mandatory conference rooms and express passageway to the front of the Horizons line, there was also a big open area set up in living-room fashion, with some couches around a small console, and a large-screen TV. The console controlled a remote camera on the roof of Horizons, which could be used to view the rest of Epcot. This was circa 1988."  hiddenmickeys.com 

"In the GE Sponsor Lounge/offices, one wall housed a large projection screen, connected to a high-quality camera on the roof. The "window" was remote controlled from inside, and gave some of the most spectacular views of the park...and broke quite often." allears.net 

The Epcot Discovery Center was evidently located there for a brief period in 1994 before moving to Innoventions.

"When I was 8 or 10 I went into the Horizons lounge (my dad works for GE) and I've recently visited it since the attraction has closed. They're now using it as a conference room and design studio for future plans for the building. The lounges also double as heat exaustion/small emergency rescue stations when guests HAVE to have immediate care. This is quite convenient, because the other parks actually have to take guest backstage in that event." hiddenmickeys.org

EPCOT VIP Lounges - American Adventure Parlor

American Adventure Parlor aka Chase Lounge
Pavillion: The American Adventure
Sponsor: Chase (see below); Coca Cola 1982-1998; American Express 1982-2002
Features: Chairs, soda
Entrance: To the right of the main entrance, two adjacent doors (elevator and stairs)
As seen from outside: The balcony windows behind the main signage

Chase sponsors the lounge via their sponsorship of the International Food and Wine Festival, beginning in 2013.  Prior to that I don't know if the lounge was for Coca Cola or American Express (or both or neither) as they had overlapping sponsorships.

The rest of the year it is available to rent for special events.  One can also rent the rotunda of the American Adventure attraction.

The area was formerly home to AAA Story Telling Experience, a character meet and greet for AAA members.  It's currently available to rent for special events.

EPCOT VIP Lounges - Wonders Retreat

Pavilion: Wonders of Life
Sponsor: MetLife 1989-2001.  The pavilion closed in 2007
Features: Giant carousel painting, covered up circus decor
Entrance: via an elevator through the kitchen (see below)
As seen from outside: The windows running above and to the left of the old entrance to Cranium Command.

The entire pavilion is closed to the public except for special events like the Food and Wine and Flower and Garden Festivals.  The lounge itself is available for rent for special functions.

"another really cool place that may be a LOT harder to sneak into is the lounge/vip on the second floor of the wonders of life pavilion (yes there’s still stuff up there!) during food and wine festival (or flower festival, whenever wonders of life has events) there’s a curtain you go behind to get through a kitchen by where the restrooms are, and through there and to your right you get onto an elevator, at the top is a VIP lounge, a cool circus-y restroom, and a SWEET conference room that’s oval shaped and has a floor to ceiling mural of carousel horses. That would be quite a challenge to get to without running into a CM though. Also there’s the remains of some of the old attractions like Cranium Command and the queue for that, some parts still lit up (creepy.) I’m glad I got to see some of this stuff as a CP because I know I’m not ballsy enough to explore as a guest!! " - From Dark Side of Disney

This information is pre-2012 refurb.  The lounge was also being refurbished, but I haven't been able to find any new information.

Entrance: via the main elevator, to the third floor.  There's evidently a trick to getting the elevator to open without a pass or key or whatever.
As seen from outside: The windows can be seen at the top level inside the mall, I mean pavilion, above the Good Turn restaraunt.  Also from the Listen to the Land ride during the rainforest and farmhouse sequences.

Occasionally open as a passholder lounge.  Currently used for training classes and employee break room.  Here's a video of someone sneaking around:
